Action is dial indicated true to the raceways, then we re-cut the threads, re-face the action, and true the locking lugs. Then the bolt face is trued and the bolt lugs are hand lapped.

Barrels are dial indicated using a .0001" dial indicator and range rod to ensure chamber is laser straight to the bore of the barrel. Then barrel is cut for recoil lug, threaded, bolt nose recess cut, and chambered.
